These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your subscription and use of services provided by GHL Protocol (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By subscribing to our services, you agree to these Terms.
GHL Protocol provides CRM development, automation implementation, funnel development, system setup, and related technical services.
We offer:
Three (3) service packages
Each package available in:
Part-Time
Full-Time
Services are delivered based on allocated monthly service hours.
All subscriptions:
Are billed monthly
Automatically renew every billing cycle
Continue until cancelled
By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges via Stripe or PayPal.
Service hours are allocated monthly.
Unused hours do NOT carry forward.
Remaining hours expire at the end of each billing cycle.
Hours reset at the beginning of each new billing period.
No credit is issued for unused hours beyond the refund window.
Clients may upgrade or downgrade their subscription at any time.
Upgrades take effect immediately.
The price difference may be charged immediately or adjusted in the current billing cycle.
If downgrade is requested:
• Within 3 calendar days of billing → The price difference will be refunded.
• After 3 calendar days → The difference will be adjusted in the next billing cycle.
No cash refunds will be issued after the 3-day period.
Refund requests must be made within 3 calendar days of the initial subscription payment.
Refunds are considered only if services materially fail to match agreed commitments.
Refunds will NOT be granted if:
Significant work has begun.
Systems, automation, or strategy have been delivered.
Delay is caused by client non-responsiveness.
Request is made after 3 calendar days.
After 3 days, all payments are non-refundable.
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time.
Cancellation stops future renewals.
No refunds are provided after the 3-day window.
Service continues until the end of the current billing period.

We provide development and technical services only. Results depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate information
Respond in a timely manner
Provide necessary access to platforms
Follow platform policies (Meta, Google, GHL, etc.)
We are not responsible for third-party platform decisions, bans, or outages.
All strategies, automation structures, workflows, templates, systems, and proprietary processes remain the intellectual property of GHL Protocol unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients receive usage rights for delivered work but may not resell or redistribute proprietary systems without written consent.
GHL Protocol’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the preceding 30 days.
We are not liable for:
Indirect damages
Loss of profits
Business interruption
Platform outages
Third-party failures
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
Immediate service suspension
Recovery actions
Additional administrative fees
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall be handled in UAE jurisdiction unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
