3. Our Service Packages

GHL Protocol offers three service packages. Each package has two variants:

  • Part-Time

  • Full-Time

Services are delivered based on monthly allocated hours.

Monthly Hours Policy

  • Hours are allocated per billing cycle.

  • Unused hours do NOT carry forward to the next month.

  • Remaining hours expire at the end of the billing period.

  • Hours reset at the beginning of each new month.

By subscribing, you agree to this structure.


4. Refund Policy

We offer a limited refund policy:

  • You may request a refund within 3 calendar days of your initial subscription.

  • Refunds are only considered if our service does not match the agreed commitments.

  • Refund requests must be made in writing via email.

Refunds will NOT be provided if:

  • Work has already significantly started.

  • Access to systems or strategy has been delivered.

  • The request is made after 3 days.

  • Delay or dissatisfaction is due to lack of client cooperation.

After 3 days, all payments are non-refundable.


5. No Guarantee Clause

GHL Protocol provides marketing, automation, and CRM-related services.

We do not guarantee:

  • Specific revenue results

  • Ad performance results

  • Lead volume

  • Platform approvals

  • Business growth outcomes

Results depend on many external factors beyond our control.


6. Data Security

We use reasonable security measures including:

  • Secure servers

  • Encrypted connections (SSL)

  • Limited internal access

However, no system is 100% secure.


7. Third-Party Tools

We may use platforms such as:

  • GoHighLevel

  • Stripe or payment processors

  • Advertising platforms

  • Analytics tools

We are not responsible for outages, bans, or policy decisions made by third-party platforms.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

GHL Protocol’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 30 days.

We are not responsible for indirect, business, or financial losses.


9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept any updates.
